Since 1996 I’ve been working for various logistics service providers and production companies. With my broad experience and my naturally built-in sensors for the wishes of the organisation, customers and people in the organisation, I am able to adapt quickly. This allows us to deliver results together in a short amount of time.

Interim Management
A good team of people is invaluable. What if one of your executives is temporarily not available? Then you want everything to continue ‘normally’. For these situations I’d like to offer support on a general, commercial and/or operational level. All this with a fresh perspective, so that continuity is guaranteed, but also improvements of processes and teams can be made.
Projectmanagement
You want to implement new customers, set up new processes, but you have no capacity, time or experience to realise this? As a Prince2 certified project manager, I can take care of this in a pragmatic and clear way. With an eye for business results, customer wishes and people within the organisation. Working both on structure and culture.
I also use my experience as (team) coach and organisation supervisor in these roles, to be even more successful together.
